Eurotech® Soccer Academy is entering its third year of operating a camp at Oglethorpe University and it’s 15th consecutive year of running soccer camps in the state of Georgia. The Eurotech® tradition started in Georgia in early 2001 with a camp at the University of West Georgia. This camp moved from that campus a few of years later due to ongoing facility construction and then relocated back to Georgia finding a home at the Darlington School in 2009 and now Oglethorpe University bring the camp closer to the Atlanta Metroplex with a limited enrollment of 80 campers. Eurotech® and Oglethorpe University have partnered to provide an incredible soccer training environment and is excited to be hosting one of it’s adidas® Soccer Performance Center programs on this stunning campus convenient to all of Atlanta and it's soccer rich suburbs! This facility is by far one of Eurotech’s most beautiful facilities conveniently located within the regional triad of Atlanta, Birmingham and Chattanooga.

Extra Eurotech® Camp Uniform
All Eurotech® Soccer Academy campers receive, as part of their tuition, an adidas® equipment package (uniform) and soccer ball (Premier & Performance Academy campers receive two uniform sets and Competitive Academy campers receive one uniform set). Campers are required to wear the Eurotech® issued uniform during 3-4 sessions per day as part of the program.

The OPTIONAL extra uniform package includes 1 T-Shirt, 1 pair of socks and 1  short for $50 which may be ordered during the registration process or, pending availability, at the on-site camp store on the first day of camp. Individual T-Shirts, Shorts or socks may also be available for sale durign registraiton pending availability.

Limited Enrollment
Due to limited enrollment and popularity, it is important that you apply early. Some camps were sold out last year and were filled weeks ahead of time. You may call our National Office to ensure availability at your desired site.

Registration Confirmation
For express enrollment and instant confirmation, register online today! In all cases, after your online registration is processed, you will receive a confirmation acceptance via email. If you wish to register by mail or fax, please complete the paper application form and return to the Eurotech® National Office. Our online secure viewer protects your information and expedites your registration process. If your desired camp is sold out, we will inform you as quickly as possible and return any monies paid.

Registration Fee
A non-refundable "Registration Fee" of $25.00 will be charged to each camper at the time of registration and added to the initial deposit payment. This is an annual ONE-TIME charge per camper regardless of the number of sessions the camper attends.  (Please note: The $25 Registration Fee is non-refundable and will be charged with the intial camp deposit payment.)

Cancellation Protection Insurance - Peace of Mind
Eurotech® offers families optional Camp Cancellation Protection for a non-refundable fee of $25 per session, due at the time of registration. Should you cancel for any reason, Cancellation Protection entitles you to a full refund of camp tuition fees paid to date. (Please note: The $25 Cancellation Protection Insurance Fee is non-refundable and will be charged with the intial camp deposit payment.) Refunds of ANY kind will be given ONLY with the purchase of Cancellation Protection Insurance.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
Without Cancellation Protection and If you must cancel for any reason, Eurotech® will issue a camp credit for any tuition payments made to date. Your camp credit is transferable to an immediate family member and is valid through 2017. (See terms above). Campers who do not check-in and attend their registered camp session will receive NO refunds or credits and forfeit all camp fees paid. No refunds or credits will be given for voluntary withdrawal, no-shows, or expulsions from camp. Requests for refunds based upon the subjective evaluation of the skill of other campers will not be entertained. Cancellations MUST be received in writing (mail or email) no later than 14 days prior to the start of camp. Camp Credits are only valid for one year. All Refunds/Credits will be processed by September 1, 2016.

Transfer Policy
Transfer of tuition to another camp or to another individual is permitted pending approval by the Eurotech® National Office and space availability. Transfers are only valid for the year in which application is received and are transferable to family members or friends.

Medical Departure Policy
If it is determined by the on-site NATA Certified Athletic Trainer(s) that the camper will not be able to continue training due to a medical reason, then the camper will need to be picked up from camp and the portion of time missed will be issued as a Prorated Credit to attend a Eurotech® Camp in 2017.

Cancelled Camp Sessions
In the unlikely event that Eurotech® Soccer Academy cancels your camp session, we will refund all of your camp fees including the Registration Fee or gladly transfer you to another site at a discounted rate. Camper waives any and all damages that may otherwise arise out of any camp cancellation and agrees to accept as liquidated damages said registration fees.

Athletic Facilities
Oglethorpe University offers Eurotech® campers incredible athletic facilities with over 100 acres of campus within the inner perimeter of Atlanta! An incredibly well groomed bermuda grass field in addition to a brand new 3G Turf Athletic Field are all within a few minutes walk from the center of campus and the dorms! Oglethorpe also features Dorough Fieldhouse and Steve Schmidt Sport & Recreation Center, a 22,000 square foot facility with basketball and volleyball courts, a running track, conference room, locker rooms, a weight room, racketball courts, a training room and an entrance lobby. The Sport & Recreation Center also features classrooms and meeting rooms for video analysis. Hermance Stadium, listed on the National Register of Historic Places, was built in 1920 and is home to Oglethorpe's baseball team. The stadium can seat 5,000 people, great for athletic events or concerts. In addition to plenty of field space, Oglethorpe University also features an outdoor swimming pool used for recovery, regeneration, and recreation by campers pending availability. Eurotech® also has access to the recreation center in the case of lightning or bad weather in the area. Campers are encouraged to bring indoor training soccer shoes in case of inclement weather and for use in the indoor sports center.

Dormitories/Rooming
Campers will be housed in modern air-conditioned dormitories on campus. The Oglethorpe University dormitory system is the backbone of this beautiful campus and dorm living for our campers help to develop strong, life-long camper friendships and team bonding. Each room features private bathrooms and residents have access to TV lounges in the dorm lobby. The dorm rooms accommodate 1 camper per bedroom and up to 4 campers per suite. Roommate requests are typically honored if requests are made prior to June 1. Attending teams and groups of players will always be roomed in adjacent rooms on the same floor whenever possible. Modern laundry facilities are available in the dormitories and are free to use and accessible to all campers, guests, and staff. Please bring your own laundry soap and do not count on vending machines to be full during the summer months when many camps come through the dormitories at Oglethorpe. The dorms are a very short walk to both the main soccer field and dining center.

Campus Dining
The brand new multi-million dollar Turner-Lynch Campus Center which houses the Oglethorpe Dining Center is located a very short walk from the dormitories. The Dining Center offers a vast variety of entrees at every meal and also features a full salad bar, fruit bar, dessert bar, multiple drink stations (Milk, Sodas, Teas),  juice bar, coffee stations, and buffet style dining, where campers can choose from all their favorites like pizza, burgers, hot dogs, etc. as an example at lunch. There are also drink vending machines in the dormitories and Eurotech® also offers the nightly Pizza Party for all Residential/Overnight campers. There is also a Starbucks Coffee conveniently located on campus as well.

Camp Enrollment
Enrollment at the Georgia camp session is on the rise again and should be around 80-100 campers this season. With the fantastic metro-Atlanta, incredible athletic facilities, great air-conditioned dormitories and brand new Campus Center and Dining, both groups and individual players from all over Georgia, Tennessee, Alabama and South Carolina will be returning and the 2016 season at Oglethorpe University will be limited to 80 campers. Enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis and be set-up to guarantee the correct ratios of goalkeepers to field players as well as camp staff to campers.

Campus Security
Oglethorpe University is a very secure gated campus and features 24-hour campus security guards who work directly with the Eurotech® Director on-site along with experienced Oglethorpe Summer Camp Staff, Eurotech® Coaching Staff, Medical Staff, and Counselors who also live in the dorms and monitor camper activity daily. Oglethorpe also maintains a partnership with Smartcare Urgent Care right next to campus with Regional Hospitals located nearby, only a short distance from the campus.

Arriving by Plane
Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport (ATL) — approximately 30 minutes from Oglethorpe University. 

Air Transportation Services
Because many of our campers travel by air, we recommend you call your local travel agent or Milne Travel at 1-888-826-1557 and ask for “Eurotech Camp Reservations" or Ingrid Mountain. Milne Travel is the Official Travel Agency for Eurotech® Soccer Worldwide as well as many other national sports organizations. It is the responsibility of the camper to make all travel plans and forward any flight itineraries to the Eurotech® National Office if a shuttle is being used (see "Shuttle Service" information below). Campers may only arrive on the first day of camp and will be required to depart on the last day of camp.

Ground Transportation/Shuttle Service
Eurotech® also recommends specific shuttle services for this camp location. Reliable and recommended ground transportation companies can be found below. Shuttle service to campers and teams who arrive via air, bus or train may vary from location to location. If you are having problems finding a suitable service, please feel free to contact Eurotech® for assistance. Please note that Eurotech® does not provide a Shuttle Service and can not be responsible for transporting campers to and from airports. It is recommended that younger campers are accompanied by an adult during travel and through the first day registration process.

From Atlanta Airport (ATL) — Shuttletran Airport Transportation Services Inc., a shuttle service, leaves from each terminal and runs regularly to Oglethorpe on a daily basis. Advance reservations are required. For departure information and reservations call 1-800-556-5466 or 706-235-5466. A one-way ticket is approximately $40; round-trip is approximately $80.

Arriving by Train
Amtrak trains arrive into Atlanta at Peachtree Station. To reach Oglethorpe University from Peachtree Stattion you will need to get a taxi or shuttle to the school directly.   

Arriving by Bus
From the Greyhound Bus Depot in Atlanta, take a shuttle or taxi to Oglethorpe University. Follow the above directions.

From the airport:

• Take I-85 North through the Downtown Connector (I-75/85 merge).
• Continue on I-85 North to Exit 89 - North Druid Hills Road. Follow directions below.

From I-85:

• Take Exit 89 - North Druid Hills Road.
• Head west approximately 2 miles, where North Druid Hills Road meets Peachtree Road.  Be aware that North Druid Hills Road bears off to the right at the third traffic light.
• When you reach Peachtree Road, turn right and head north on Peachtree Road for 1 mile. 
• Oglethorpe University will be on your left.

From I-285:

• Take exit 31-A, Peachtree Industrial Boulevard south.
• Head south on Peachtree Industrial Boulevard for approximately 4 miles.
• Oglethorpe University will be on your right.

From GA-400:

• Take GA-400 to I-285 east.
• Go east on I-285 for one exit to exit 29, Ashford-Dunwoody Road.
• Turn right onto Ashford-Dunwoody Road, and continue until the road meets Peachtree Road.
• Turn right on Peachtree Road.
• Oglethorpe University will be one block ahead on your right.

By MARTA:

• Oglethorpe University is conveniently located one mile north of the Brookhaven MARTA train station on Peachtree Road. The Brookhaven MARTA stop (labeled NE-8 on MARTA maps) is located on MARTA's "Northeast" line and may require a change of trains at the Lindbergh station. Taxis are usually available, or you can transfer to the #25 bus line.
