Camp Arrival/Check-In

All Eurotech® Soccer Academy programs begin at 3:00pm on the first day of the session (Sunday) and end at approximately 4:30pm on the last day (Wednesday or Friday). Please note that ALL CAMPERS, regardless of registered program, will attend the ENTIRE FIRST DAY on Sunday from 3:00pm to 8:00pm. The first meal for all campers will be dinner on Sunday and parents are welcome to join us for dinner to experience the camp dining facilities firsthand. (Please note that guest fees for dinner may apply for parents and children not registered at camp!). In most cases, signs or banners are typically placed on campus to assist you in locating the registration site. You may also see Eurotech® Staff placed on campus who will also direct you to the registration site. An email will be sent prior to the camp start date as a reminder with additional camp registration details. 

All campers are required to check in on the first day between 3:00pm and 4:00pm. Please notify the Eurotech office of any late arrivals due to vacations, tournament travel, etc. Teams or small groups may choose either time slot for "Express Check-In". PLEASE NOTE THAT EARLY REGISTRATIONS PRIOR TO 3PM WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE!
    
ALL RESIDENTIAL campers check-in time will be 3:00-3:30pm.

ALL FULL DAY/EXTENDED DAY campers check-in time will be 3:30-4:00pm.

Please Note: Teams and Groups may arrive together and check in together regardless of program.
   
A brief Parent/Camper Orientation with a Eurotech® Director will take place at approximately 4:00pm. This orientation is MANDATORY for all campers and parents are also encouraged to attend. The Parent/Camper Orientation will include the introduction of Eurotech® Coaching Staff, General Information for Parents, Camp Rules, Daily Schedule Overview and a Question & Answer session with the Site Director. The first field session will begin immediately after the orientation and will consist of showing the campers where the fields on campus are located, initial teaching group placements/coaching assignments and a discussion about the official "Camp Rules". A Group Technical Warm-Up may also be scheduled pending time alotted before dinner and walking distance to the field. All campers are required to attend check-in and begin field sessions on Sunday and will be dismissed at 8:00pm after the evening tournament/group matches. Please note that evening matches may extend past 8:00pm by a few minutes based on remaining daylight, camp location and tournament scheduling. Our staff will do everything they can to finish the evening sessions on time!

*No payment balances will be accepted at registration. Tuition MUST be paid in full prior to the first day of camp!

Daily Program Drop-Off/Pick-Up Times
Check-in on first day for all programs is 3:00pm or 3:30pm (see above) and all "Day" campers (Full & Extended Day) stay until 8:00pm on the first day! Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for the afternoon pick-up so staff and campers can proceed to dinner on time.
 
Residential/Overnight/Sleepover
Stay overnight all week with check-out at 4:30pm on last day of session (Wednesday or Friday)
 
Extended Day
Daily Drop-Off is between 8:30am-9:00am. Daily Pick-Up is 8:00pm and check-out is at 4:30pm on the last day of session (Wednesday or Friday). Earlier drop-off may be available upon request.
 
Full Day
Daily Drop-Off is between 8:30am-9:00am. Daily Pick-Up is 4:30pm-4:45pm and check-out is at 4:30pm on the last day of session (Wednesday or Friday). Earlier drop-off may be available upon request.

Post Registration Revisions/Special Requests
After you have completed the registration process, you may feel the need to change or modify uniform sizes, roommate requests, programs or other revisions. To expedite your request, please send an email to admin@eurotechsoccer.com with your request and it will be handled quickly by our administrator and an email confirmation will follow. As always, feel free to contact the National Office at 1-800-679-9830 for any special requests that may need more attention.    
 
Camp Departure/Checkout
For Residential, Extended Day and Full Day programs, camp will conclude after the afternoon 3v3 tournament matches at approximately 4:00pm on the last day. For all programs, a brief "Closing Ceremony" will follow and conclude by 4:30pm on the last day. Campers and parents should make arrangements to leave the facility by 5:00pm. Students needing transportation should not schedule a flight/train/bus prior to 6pm in order to ensure plenty of time for camp checkout and travel. Please see "Key Returns" below for instructions on turning in your room key(s).
