Hotel Rooms/Rooming Assignments
Campers and families will be housed on the designated ESW Hyatt Regency room block the entire week. Daily maid service and normal 4-Star hotel amenities will be available to all campers during their stay. All rooms are air-conditioned and ESW Camp Staff will aslo be on the floor to supervise 24/7. Rooms for individual campers are based on double occupancy and will feature two double beds per room and a shared en-suite bathroom. Campers staying on-site with families will also be housed on the same floor unless families making their own hotel arrangements opt for a differnt location. ESW will NOT be responsible for the supervision of campers outside of field sessions for campers attending with families. All campers have access to the main lobby, vending machines and game room. Roommate requests are typically honored if requests are made prior to June 1. Attending teams and groups of players will always be roomed in adjacent rooms on the same floor whenever possible. Clean and modern coin laundry facilities feature a vending machine with detergents, laundry supplies, folding tables and plenty of coin operated washers and dryers accessible to all campers, guests, and staff. Please bring your own laundry soap and do not count on vending machines to be full during the summer months when their are lots of guests at the hotel. The hotel rooms are a short walk to both the Tennis Academy and main soccer fields and a shuttle bus is provided to take campers to and from the fields every session.
Resort Dining
The Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress features 8-10 fully functional restaurants, snack bars and coffee shops on site. All Eurotech® campers will be required to eat as a group in the ESW designated restaurants to be provided upon arrival. A full buffet brekfast and lunch is provided with tuition and all campers are required to bring extra spending money for dinner, snacks, vending machines and laundry facilities. Dining options feature a vast variety of entrees at every meal and also feature salad bars, fruit bars, dessert bars, multiple drink options daily (Milk, Sodas, Teas), juice bars, coffee stations, and buffet style dining, where campers can choose from all their favorites like pizza, burgers, sandwiches, hot dogs, etc. as an example at lunch. There are also drink vending machines in the halls and a small store and snack bar for those evening or poolside cravings. Please note that ALL CAMPERS must provide a Valid Credit Card number on record with the hotel upon arrival and check-in for expenses not covered in the tuition.
Camp Enrollment
Enrollment at the Hyatt Regency Grand Cypress camp sessions will be strictly limited to 25-30 campers each week for the 2013 season. This allows a high level of personal attention and instruction from our National and International Coaching Staff in an effort to provide optimum performance for all campers attending the week-long program. With the unique nature of the resort amenities and the ability to provide a wide variety of soccer and athletic training, campers should experience a first class instructional environment in which to learn from. The program will be marketed worldwide and expects to attract players from all over the United States and Canada as well as all over the world. Enrollment will be on a first come, first serve basis and be set-up to guarantee the correct ratios of field players to coaches. Please note that there is NO Goalkeeper Instruction provided at this location in it’s first year - field player instruction only will be provided!
Resort Security
The Hyatt Regency is a very secure resort and features 24-hour resort security guards who patrol the property all night and work directly with the Eurotech® On-Site Director along with experienced Eurotech® Coaching Directors who also live and sleep on the same floor and monitor camper activity daily. The nearby hotel lobby and reception area are also fully staffed 24/7 for added security and peace of mind.
