A. BROWSE THROUGH THIS WEB SITE
You’ll see many tour packages featuring friendly matches, sightseeing, tournament and training center programs. Decide what is best for your team based on age, level of play, dates and general interest from your group. Choose a Tour Package and…
 
B. CALL EUROTECH®
Eurotech® will start on your travel proposal right away and work closely with you throughout the process, helping you to select the best program for your club or college team.  Eurotech® will provide you with suggestions, insight, fundraising ideas and general information that will assist you in realizing your dreams of traveling internationally.
 
C. YOU WILL RECEIVE A CUSTOM EUROTECH® PROPOSAL
A proposal will be emailed to you including all the information you’ll need:
 
1. Tour details to include specific inclusions, optional add-ons and all-inclusive pricing.
2. An itinerary of your request tour.
3. Background information on tournaments and destinations.
4. Tour Fundraising Guide, which presents your group with creative ways to raise all or part of the tour costs.
5. A group meeting outline providing tips on how to organize your first meeting with players and parents.
 
D. MEET WITH YOUR GROUP
An initial meeting with your players and parents should take place shortly after receiving your Eurotech® Tour Proposal to discuss the project and evaluate the needs to your group.
 
E. SCHEDULE A EUROTECH® PRESENTATION
If needed, bring Eurotech® to your community to meet with your parents, supporters and players. If needed, a group presentation by one of our tour representatives may be arranged after your first meeting to answer specific questions.
 
F. SEND YOUR BOOKING FORM TO EUROTECH®
Once your group deposit and booking form is received and your tour has been confirmed, Eurotech® will send you a “Tour Leader Preparation Guide” including forms and releases, money and packing tips, role of the group leader, and answers to all your group travel questions. Each tour participant will also receive our exclusive “European Travel Guide” with information on food, customs, accommodations, communications, tournaments and more! And of course, an invoice and payment details is also forwarded for your records.
 
G. GET PREPARED FOR TAKEOFF!
Within 2-3 weeks prior to your departure, Eurotech® will send a final itinerary with specific tour details including flight times, accommodation addresses, emergency telephone numbers, etc. Your airline tickets will also be enclosed in this final package.
 
H. WHILE IN EUROPE…
Eurotech® representatives, escorts and agents will be among the many people you will meet during your international journey. They will be there to assist you should the need arise.
